Shea Butter
What is Shea Butter?
The scientific name is Vitellaria Paradoxa. It is a fat extracted from the African shea nut tree and is commonly used for skin, hair, and even food preparation in some countries.
Can I Use Oye Shea Butter on my body and hair?
Yes! shea butter has numerous proven benefits for skin and hair due to its moisturizing, healing, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties. It is also great for hair growth and retention.
Can I Use Oye Shea Butter on my body and hair?
The short answer: It depends on your skin.
The long answer: Shea butter has many facial benefits – it can assist people with dry skin, scars, psoriasis, and much more. However, raw shea butter is comedogenic, which means it clogs pores. Thus, it is not advised for people with acne-prone skin.
Can I use Oye Shea Butter on my Baby?
Yes! Oye Shea Butter is free from parabens, sulfates, and fragrances, making it a safe choice for your children.
Does Oye Shea Butter go bad?
Shea butter has a normal shelf life of 2 years. Always seal your container and store it in a cool, dry place.
Kon Kon
How do I Soften my Kon kon?
The sponges soften after soaking them in hot water and using them gently a few times.
When Should I replace my Kon Kon?
Dermatologists recommend replacing body sponges every 2-4 months. Life span is of the Kon Kon is 6-12 month. Make sure you regularly steam in a bowl of hot water.

How long does shipping take?
Please give 2 weeks from the order date to receive your package. However, once shipped, the postal service takes over control of the package so it could take longer. Please send us a message/email (including your order number) if it is taking an unusually long time to arrive.
I need to update my order.
No problem! If the package hasn’t shipped yet, send us a DM/email and we will resolve it.
I need to change my address.
No problem! If the package hasn’t shipped yet, send us a DM/email and we will resolve it. If it has shipped/was returned to us due to an incorrect address, the address change will cost between $5-7 depending on your location.
I am having issues tracking my package.
Please give 24-72 hours for the tracking number to update. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as possible via info@oyegreen.com.
I received the wrong package/my package is incomplete/ product is defective.

My package was stolen.
Unfortunately, we are unable to resolve stolen packages. Please track your packages with the tracking number we send so you can be on the lookout.
Can I return my order/get a refund?
We are sad you didn’t love your Oye Green. Returns and refunds can only be processed for defective or wrong orders. Please send us a DM/email ASAP (ideally within 24 hours of receipt) with pictures of the problem and we will be happy to assist.
